1. GENERAL
1.1 Please make sure you post in the correct forum.
1.2 Search before you post to prevent duplicate topics.
1.3 Post a kind comment in the thread if you download something good.
1.4 Help out the new members if they are unsure or need assistance.
1.5 This is a community, no flaming is appreciated, or allowed.
1.6 The use of a proxy is a bannable offense, no questions asked.
1.7 ALL links to other sites must be coded. No live links allowed expcet for links to internal pages.
1.8 Bumping of threads is not allowed!
1.9 Removal of moderated messages is not allowed.

2. ADVERTISING
2.1 Advertising your website through the PM system is strictly forbidden. Users found doing so, however minor the case may be, will be banned without warning.
2.2 Advertising your website through the shoutbox system is also forbidden. If you are found doing it, you will be banned from the shoutbox.
2.3 Advertising your website through the posting system is not allowed. Except Link Heaven (But you cannot post websites similar to pspwarez.org )
If you see a user violating the Advertising rules, please contact the Staff immediately.

3. AVATAR
3.1 No offensive images.
3.2 No advertising in your avatar.

4. SIGNATURE
4.1 Your signature can't be longer than 5 rows
4.2 No advertising sites similar like pspwarez.org
4.3 Max. images: 3

5. POSTING DOWNLOADS
5.1 Make sure you display a password clearly.
5.2 Please post a description and an image with your download.
5.3 Mirrors to your download are preferred and appreciated.
5.4 Take care in quality of post, if it's unorganized or in a total mess the post will be deleted.
5.5 If We found virus in your upload, you will get permanent BAN
5.6 Spamming [As in a pointless post] will result in an infraction and repeated 'spams' will result in a ban.
5.7 Make sure your downloads work. Dead links are counted as spam and you will be warned.
5.8 Must select topic icon, if you don't select, or select untrue you be warned
5.9 No hidden passwords
5.10 No hidden links (like linkbucks.com), exept on theads with more than 20 downloads.


6. REPLYING
6.1 No flaming, cursing, or threatening other members.
6.2 Make an active contribution to the thread and continue the chat.
6.3 Don't go Offtopic in a thread, stick to the purpose of the thread.
6.4 Make sure the thread topic is clear and precise on the purpose of the conversation.
6.5 Double post is not allowed
6.6 Spamming [As in a pointless post] will result in an infraction and repeated 'spams' will result in a ban.

7. Talking In The Shoutbox
7.1 No Spamming
7.2 No Advertising
7.3 No Flaming or Arguing
7.4 No Swearing
7.5 Make your 'shout' clean and legible.
No Stupid questions


8. REQUESTING
8.1 Make sure it's not already found. Use the Search button.
8.2 Please make sure you provide as much information as to what you want as you can.
8.3 You can only make request in Request section.
